- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 耳朶の表側から下側を経て裏側に至る飾り
部と、該飾り部に取付けられ、この飾り部の表側
端部との間で前記耳朶を挟持可能な装着用止め金
具とを備えたイヤリングにおいて、 前記止め金具を、前記飾り部の表側と裏側とを
含む平面から、該飾り部の内側に外して取付けた
ことを特徴とするイヤリング。 (2) 前記止め金具が、前記平面に対して２０°
〜５０°の角度をつけて取付けられたことを特徴
