橋板を配置してロツドでその軸方向に変位自在に
案内し、ロツドに割り円錐スリーブを嵌めて、当
該スリーブは橋板に固定し、ロツクナツトでロツ
ドに圧接せしめるようにし、橋板の中央部にセン
サー部材を変位せしめる微調整ねじをねじ結合し
