ルタにおいて、中間部につば部を有しかつ先端部
に係合部又は螺子部を形成した中心導体を、前記
つば部の装着側面に絶縁シートを設けた状態で前
記貫通導電部の内周に挿入して設け、該貫通導電
部の反対側より当該貫通導電部にフランジ付き絶
縁ソケツトを嵌込み前記中心導体の先端部の係合
部又は螺合部に係合もしくは螺合したことを特徴
