Claims (1)
器と、上記光共振器間に設けられこれら光共振器
に対向する両端面に所定の角度の光学面を形成し
た横断面矩形状のレーザ媒質と、上記レーザ媒質
の両側近傍にそれぞれ設けられ各別に点灯制御さ
れて上記レーザ媒質を励起する少なくとも一対の
励起ランプと、上記レーザ媒質の被励起中に生じ
る変形を検出する光学手段と、上記変形に応じた
上記光学手段よりの出力で上記励起ランプの少な
くとも一方の励起入力電力を制御する手段とを備
