Conventionally, there are synthetic resin profile extrusions having metal foils, particularly synthetic resin profile extrusions with a plurality of metal foils exposed along the length direction on the surface, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.

In the case of FIG. 5, a plurality of metal foils 2' are bonded to the surface of a synthetic resin base material 1' in the longitudinal direction via an adhesive 7'. However, in this case, if the metal foil 2' is smooth, there will be few problems in forming.
When the metal foils 2' are bent into a desired shape, it is difficult to adhere a plurality of metal foils 2' to desired positions on the base material 1', and it is difficult to form them. Furthermore, since the surface of the metal foil 2' is exposed, the surface of the metal foil 2' is easily damaged during molding, storage, and transportation, which impairs its aesthetic appearance.

In addition, in the case of FIG. 6, a piece of metal foil 2'' is adhered to the surface of the synthetic resin base material 1'' via an adhesive 7'',
A resin film 3' is bonded to the surface of the metal foil 2'' along its length via an adhesive 7''. However, in this case, the resin film 3'
must be adhered to the surface of the metal foil 2'', which has the drawback of requiring time and effort in molding and increasing costs.
Furthermore, since the surface of the metal foil 2'' is exposed, the surface of the metal foil 2'' is easily damaged during molding, storage, and transportation, which impairs its aesthetic appearance.

In view of these conventional drawbacks, the inventor of the present invention has made extensive efforts to provide a synthetic resin profile extrusion material having a metal foil that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 indicates a base material, which is a long body made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, ABS resin, or the like. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the base material 1 is suitably irregular, such as a groove, a chevron, a T-shape, an L-shape, etc., but it may also be flat.

2 is a metal foil made of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or the like. The metal foil 2 is integrally bonded to the surface of the base material 1 along the length direction of the base material 1 via an adhesive 7. Further, both ends of the metal foil 2 may be simply glued to the surface of the base material 1, but if it is embedded in the base material 1, the ends of the metal foil 2 may cut your hand or cause damage to the metal during use. This is preferable because it can prevent the foil 2 from peeling off from the base material 1. Furthermore, in order to improve the decorative effect, the metal foil 2 may be colored, or a pattern may be formed thereon by printing, etching, punching, or the like.

A protective coating 3 is made of the same resin as the base material 1, and is formed integrally with the base material 1 on the surface of the metal foil 2 during extrusion molding of the base material 1. A portion or a plurality of portions of the protective coating 3 are integrally bonded to the metal foil 2 via an adhesive 7 along the length direction of the base material 1.
That is, the base material 1 is placed between the protective coating 3 and the metal foil 2.
A bonded portion 4 and at least a plurality of non-bonded portions 5 are formed along the length direction.

Adhesive parts 4 and non-adhesive parts 5 are formed alternately in the width direction of the base material 1. For example, in the case of FIGS. 1 and 2, two non-adhesive parts 5 are formed on both sides of the adhesive part 4, and
In the case of Figure 4, there are two bonded parts 4 and three non-bonded parts 5.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a notch groove, which is formed along the length direction of the base material 1 at the boundary between the protective coating 3 and the base material 1 and at the boundary between the adhesive part 4 and the non-adhesive part 5 of the protective coating 3. The notched grooves 6 may be continuous along the length direction of the base material 1, or may be formed with interruptions at small intervals.

Thus, in the extruded material of the present invention, the protective coating 3 of the non-adhesive portion 5 can be peeled off from the metal foil 2 along the notched groove 6. Further, FIGS. 2 and 4 show a state in which the protective coating 3 of the non-adhesive portion 5 has been peeled off, and a plurality of metal foils 2 are exposed on the surface of the base material 1 along the length direction.

As detailed above, in the extruded material of the present invention, a protective coating made of the same resin as the base material is integrally formed on the surface of the metal foil, and between the protective coating and the metal foil there are an adhesive part and at least a plurality of Since a non-adhesive part is formed and the protective coating of the non-adhesive part can be peeled off along the notch groove, it can be molded more easily than conventional products, and the efficiency during molding can be improved.

In addition, since a protective coating made of the same resin as the base material is integrally formed on the surface of the metal foil, the surface of the metal foil may be scratched or soiled during molding, storage, or transportation, resulting in aesthetic appearance. There is no harm to it.
