被包装物に緩衝性を付与する緩衝材において、被
包装物の端部のそれぞれに緊密に装着される基材
と、その基材を外方へ突出する如く変形させるこ
とによりその基材上に形成された複数の突起とを
有し、被包装物を包装容器に収容した状態で上記
の突起の端が包装容器に近接又は当接することを
特徴とする緩衝材。 (2) 基材の全面に亘つて突起が形成されること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載の緩衝材。 (3) 衝撃が加わる部分に対応する部分の基材上
にだけ突起が形成されることを特徴とする実用新
