本発明は鉄骨１を宅のように結露を生じ易い住宅に使用

ることができ、又ウレタンフオームを基材とし、その天
井裏に面する面に親水性塗布材を塗布しておくことによ
り、断熱性及び保水性を有する天井下地材として使用で
きるなど、簡単な構成で機能性の高い保水材を提供でき
