れた選択回路、微分回路、比較回路、サブタイマ
ー及びメインタイマーとを備え、該検出回路が入
力側又は出力側における一時的な電流増加を検出
することに応答して省電力回路に並設されたパス
回路が入力側と出力側とを直結するように構成さ
