アンテナ指向制御の基準となる地上局からのビー
コン信号を受け、このビーコン信号の受信レベル
と東西方向および南北方向の誤差成分を検出し、
それぞれ受信レベル信号および位置誤差信号とし
て出力する追尾受信機からの受信レベル信号を受
けるとともにこの受信レベル信号とあらかじめ定
められた受信レベル信号の適正範囲を比較し受信
レベル信号があらかじめ定められた受信レベル信
号の適正範囲を越すとインヒビツト信号を出力す
る比較回路と、上記インヒビツト信号を受けると
マルチビームアンテナに取付けられた駆動機構へ
の駆動信号印加を中止し、マルチビームアンテナ
を受信レベル信号が適正範囲を越す直前の位置に
固定するスイツチ回路とで構成される位置ホール
ド装置を備え、このホールド装置の作用によりビ
ーコン信号欠落時にもマルチビームアンテナの指
向位置変動を最小におさえ通信回線が維持できる
ようにしたことを特徴とするマルチビームアンテ
