Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は水中ポンプ用等のキヤンドモータに関
する。水中ポンプ等水中で使用する誘導モータに
あつては固定子巻線部を樹脂成形すると共にキヤ
ンシールにより密封固着するが篭型回転子は巻線
部分がなくその密封については従来あまり問題と
されなかつた。しかし近時の篭型回転子はアルミ
ダイキヤストによるものが多く水中で長期使用す
るうち腐食されて使用できなくなるおそれが出て
来た。本考案はかゝる見地から篭型回転子の密封
構造に係るもので長期運転に耐えうるキヤンドモ
ータの提供をその目的とする。

部2は合成樹脂成形すると共にキヤンシール21
にて密封固着されている。この固定子Aの励磁に
より回転子Bが回動する。3は篭型回転子鉄芯で
あつてアルミ鋳物部分4によつて篭型巻線を形成
している。5は回転子溝である。6は回転子Bの
外周に嵌挿したステンレス薄板等耐食金属板によ
る中空円筒カバーであつてその両端開口部61,
61内にステンレス板製の側蓋7,7が嵌合する
ようになつている。この側蓋7,7を回転子Bの
軸8に通挿し、側蓋7,7の平面部分を図示され
るようにカバー6を装着した回転子Bの両側に密
着させるとカバー6の両端開口部61,61の内
周に側蓋7,7の外周縁部71,71が嵌合して
重なり合い、カバーの両端開口部61,61周縁
と側蓋7の外周縁部とにより耳片9が形成され
る。この耳片9の端縁にそつてTIG熔接(タング
ステンイナートガス熔接)を施すことによつて回
転子Bは密封されて耐水構造に形成されるのであ
る。なおCはモータ外被である。

軽量で完全な耐食性回転子外被を形成することが
でき組立ても容易となり、カバーの両端開口部
と、カバーの両端開口部内周面に嵌入した側蓋の
外周縁部とにより密封用耳片を形成したので最小
限の熔接面積にて方全の密封効果を上げうる利点
がある。
