Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of oil suction port with dust in oil by separating the interior of casing into exhaust port side and oil suction port side through a partition board while arranging an oil filter unit for feeding oil from the exhaust port side to the oil suction port side. CONSTITUTION:A partition board 2 is arranged in a casing 1 to partition the interior completely into the exhaust port 3 side and the oil suction port 4 side. Oil mixed with dust discharged through the exhaust port 3 is prevented to flow directly to the oil suction port 4 side and both spaces is coupled through an oil filter unit 6 while holding the partition board 2. Consequently, the oil 5 at the exhaust port 3 side is filtered through the oil filter unit 6 to catch the dust contained in the oil thus to feed only clean oil to the oil suction port 4 side. As a result, the dust will never clogg the oil suction port 4 to maintain stable operation of vacuum pump for long time.

ルがそのままオイル吸入口に流入する構造となっている
ので、ダストを多く排気した場合ダストが混じったオイ
ルをそのまま吸入してしまい、結果としてオイル吸入口
をつまらせ短時間で真空ポンプの運転を不能としてしま
う欠点があったO 本発明は前記問題点を解消した装置を提供するものであ
る。

口4側に送られてこのオイルが真空ポンプの潤滑オイル
又は真空シールとして管路へ送り込まれる。
