【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す豆腐スライス用器具の
一部透視部分を含む全器具の斜視図、第２図は同じ器具
の一部透視部分を含む壁の正対位置よりの正面図、第３
図は同じ器具の水平面図である。 第４図は本案の豆腐スライス用器具と併用するに便なる
間隔調節刃を備えた切断具である。 第１図、２図及び３図において、１は豆腐を載せるため
の平面の台、２は排水用の溝、３，７．４は直立折り曲
り壁、５は取手、６は小孔、８は台１と壁３との交線、
第４図において、１１は本案切断具のＬ字形外枠、１２
は取手、１３は間隔を調整しうる切断刃、１４．１５は
刃の一端に設けた孔、１６．１７は外枠の内側に装着さ
れた２本の平行な棒で刃はこの孔により棒に対し摺動可
能に固定され、刃の間隔を必要に応じ調整できるよう棒
は滑らかに、好ましくは弾性材料によって均等に被覆さ
れている。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）豆腐を載せる平面の台１と、該台の一辺で直立し
    、その両端で連続的に曲がる壁４，７．３を備える一体
    の支持壁と、壁４に固定された取手５とより成り、前記
    千叩台に前記壁４側から傾斜が始まり次第に深くなるよ
    うに形成した排水用の溝２複数本を設けて成る豆腐スラ
    イス用器具。
  2. （２）前記複数本の溝２が壁３と台１との交線８２つを
    連結する線上に始まり、台１の長手軸に沿って台の反対
    辺に達する直線溝で、各々が一定間隔を置いた平行溝で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の豆腐スライ
    ス用器具。
  3. （３）スライスさるべき豆腐が、一辺の両端で２つの壁
    ３に接して台１上に置かれ、切断のため長手軸に沿って
    平行な方向に刃を入れる時、豆腐と壁４との隙間によっ
    て豆腐の端まで切断できるようにした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項及び第２項に記載の豆腐スライス用器具。
