- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 導体を支持する碍子１において、碍子１内部
を中空状とし、その内頂部には前記導体１０の電
圧変化を光の強度変化に変換するため電気光学素
子を配置するとともに、同電気光学素子には同素
子へ光パワーを供給し、前記光の強度変化を外部
へ導出するための光フアイバを接続したことを特
徴とする電圧センサ内蔵碍子。 ２ 前記碍子１の頭部表面は半導電性又は導電性
の皮膜９を備えている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の電圧センサ内蔵碍子。 ３ 半導電性又は導電性の皮膜９は電気光学素子
の接地側端と対応する位置付近まで形成されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の電圧セ
ンサ内蔵碍子。 ４ 前記碍子１の中空部内周面は電気光学素子を
支持する有蓋筒状の接地電極６を備えている実用
