空気を冷却する熱交換器と、熱交換器を経て出て
くる冷却された酸素濃縮空気に含まれる過飽和分
の水分を分離する水分分離器と、水分分離器によ
り分離された水分を排出すると同時に水分分離器
より排気される酸素濃縮空気の流量を調節するた
めの手段としての流量調節弁とを備えた酸素濃縮
