２ｂで熱交換部１を構成し、一方冷却器２ａ及び
他方冷却器２ｂに常時交互に冷媒を供給し一方冷
却器２ａ及び他方冷却器２ｂを交互に冷却作動さ
せる冷媒切換器８と、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機６と
、冷媒を冷却する放熱器７とで冷媒部５を構成し
、一方冷却器２ａ及び他方冷却器２ｂに空気を送
風する送風機１０と、一方冷却器２ａ及び他方冷
却器２ｂから吐出される冷却空気を常時交互に選
択的に抽出する取拾切換器３とで風路制御部９を
構成し、冷媒部５は冷媒を熱交換部１へ循環通過
させ、風路制御部９は外気を熱交換部１へ注入し
熱交換部１から冷風を取り出すよう構成した交互
