在に支持され他端がウエビングと接触しかつウエ
ビングが一定以上変位したときスルークリツプと
の間でウエビングのを挟搾するロツキングレバー
と、該ロツキングレバーをウエビングの挟搾を阻
止する方向に不勢するばねとを設けたことを特徴
