【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、管路に設けたバルブの操作ハンド
ルを開放状態に保持する固定具に関するものであ

工場内等の各管路に配設されたバルブは、通常
の状態では開状態に保持しておく場合が多いが、
小形のバルブ類では附設機器の振動等により、操

送を阻害し、あるいは停止させる場合がある。こ
の防止方法として従来、操作ハンドルをバルブ主
体に針金等で緊縛しておくことが行われている
が、バルブを閉める必要がある場合は、その都度
針金を切断せねばならず、また針金が劣化して前

できるものである。すなわち、本考案のバルブの
操作ハンドル固定具は、方形金属板をその対応す
る2辺を対向させて所要のバルブステムに適合す
る内径の割筒状に曲成するとともに、上記2辺で
係合縁を形成して相互に係脱可能に接合し、さら
にこの筒高さを所要のバルブの緩解時におけるバ
ルブ操作ハンドル下面とバルブボデイー上面との
間に位置するバルブステムの長さに一致させた構
成からなる。これを図面について説明すると、第
1図は、アルミニウム板等の方形金属板1をその
対応する2辺をそれぞれかみ合わせ縁2,2に屈
曲形成して係脱可能に接合するとともに、その内
径dは所要のバルブのバルブステムの周面を包む
