Currently, as the above-mentioned bathtub units, there are two types of bathtub units: one in which the washing area and the bathtub part are integrally molded, and one in which the washing area and the bathtub part are molded separately in advance and then joined together to form one unit. However, in either case, there are two types: a stationary type, in which the bottom of the washing area and the bathtub are formed at the same height, and a recessed type, in which the bottom of the washing area is shallower than that of the bathtub. However, in the past, the above-mentioned stationary type and embedded type were manufactured separately when the washing area and bathtub were integrally molded, or when they were molded separately and combined into one. A mold must be made, and since this mold is the most expensive piece of equipment, it poses a major problem in terms of cost and production control.

Therefore, as a result of studies in view of the above-mentioned conventional difficulties, the present invention has developed a new manufacturing method for a bathtub unit with a washing area, in which the washing area and the bathtub are separately molded and combined into one body. By forming the washing area and bathtub separately and appropriately, and connecting them using an appropriate means, it is possible to freely manufacture either a stationary type or a built-in type depending on demand. In this way, it is possible to obtain both types of products in a single molding die, thereby significantly reducing equipment costs and improving production control.

On the other hand, the bathtub section 2 is integrally formed with the upper end of the peripheral wall 11 of the main body section 10, which has a substantially rectangular shape in plan, by bending and extending the surrounding wall 13 substantially perpendicularly in a substantially U-shape in plan, and also in the washing area. On the side facing the washing area 1, an edge part 15 extends outward from the mouth edge 14 of the main body part 10 in a substantially orthogonal shape, and furthermore, on the side of the washing area 1 of the peripheral wall 13, an opposing edge surface 16 is provided. It is integrally provided with the same extension surface as the hanging plate 15a of the edge 15 so as to be able to butt against the opposing end surface 6 of the edge 15, and the opposing end surface 16 is provided with a plurality of fastening holes 1.
7... are drilled at the same intervals as the fastening holes 9... on the opposing end surface 6 of the washing area 1, so that bolts, etc. It is provided so that it can be inserted.

In this way, the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 are butted and connected to each other to form the first bathtub unit with a washing area.
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the receiving portion 8 of the washing area 1 and the edge 15 of the bathtub portion 2 are formed as separate bodies. The receiving part 8 and the edge part 15 may be joined by indirectly butting each other through aprons 18, 18' having different lengths c and c'', or by directly butting the receiving part 8 and the edge part 15 as shown in FIG. Make it.

That is, when using the apron 18 to form a bathtub unit 1 with a built-in washing area in which the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 are different in height by l, the length c is as shown in FIG. When using the apron 18 and forming a stationary bathtub unit A' with a washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 at the same height, an apron 18' having a length c' is inserted as shown in FIG. That's what I do.

Therefore, in this case, the height l of the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2
The relationship between the lengths c and c' of both aprons 18 and 18' is c'=c+l.

In addition, as described above, when the receiving part 8 and the edge part 15 are directly butted together, as shown in FIG. The height of the receiving part 8 is set in advance so as to form a bathtub unit A with an embedded washing area that differs from the part 2 by a height l.

Therefore, in this case, the length between the receiving part 8 and the edge part 15 is
By abutting and connecting them with the apron 18'' of C'' interposed therebetween, a stationary bathtub unit A' with a washing area can be formed as shown by the two-dot broken line in FIG.

Here, the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 are formed with different lengths c, c', and c'' depending on the embedded type or stationary type to be formed after the opposing end surfaces 6 and 16 are butted together. As explained above, according to the method of manufacturing a bathtub unit with a washing area according to the present invention, when the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 are molded separately and are combined to form an integral body, the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 are formed separately. Opposing edge surfaces 6 and 16 are provided on the peripheral walls 5 and 13 of the portion 2, abutted against each other, and fastened with bolts 19, etc., and edges 7 and 16 are provided on the opposing portions of the washing area 1 and the bathtub portion 2, respectively. The receiving part 8 and the edge part 15 provided in series with each other can be brought into direct contact with each other, or the length c, c', which is a separate part.
By selectively using aprons 18, 18', and 18'' with different c'' and interposing them between the receiving part 8 and the edge 15 and indirectly butt-coupling them, it is possible to install either an embedded type or a stationary type. Since the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2 do not need to be molded separately as either an embedded type or a stationary type, the same mold can be used for either type. This eliminates the need to manufacture separate molds for stationary and stationary types, as in the conventional case, which greatly reduces equipment costs and simplifies production management. Productivity of the bathtub unit can be improved and costs can be reduced.

In addition, for a built-in or stationary type, apron 1
8, 18', 18'' length or without using an apron, adjust the washing area 1 and bathtub part 2 vertically and butt them together, then tighten with bolts, etc. By doing this, it can be easily and easily formed into the desired shape, and when using the apron 18, 18', 18'', it can be made of the same material and color as the washing area 1 and the bathtub part 2. A bathtub unit that does not look strange can be manufactured, and if the bathtub unit is made of a different type or a different color, a bathtub unit that has a different appearance can be easily manufactured.
