This kind of water cooling! 'I! In FIG. 3, 1 is a water-cooled cooling device, 2 is a heat load connected to the circuit of the device, and the water-cooled cooling device 1 is an electric water pump 3. A cooling water supply circuit 6 is constructed by piping between the water cooler 4 and the next pressure regulator 5, and an external heat load 2 is connected between the external connection terminals 7 and 8 of this circuit.
is connected. In the illustrated example, an example of the water cooler 4 is shown in combination with the evaporator 9a of the refrigerator 9, but an air-cooled type or a water-cooled type can also be used. Also, the drive motor 3a of the pump 3
is operated by receiving power from the commercial type i[1G. In the above circuit, by driving the pump 3 during cooling operation, the water discharged from the pump is cooled to a low temperature by the water cooling supply 4, and then adjusted to a specified pressure by the primary pressure regulating valve 5, and the heat load 2 The cycle is repeated such that the heat is supplied to the pump 3, where the heat negative v12 is removed, and then the water is returned to the pump 3. By the way, the heat load to which such a water-cooled cooling system is applied depends on the load capacity of the object to be used. There are various load fluctuations, and depending on the type of heat load, the operating temperature of the load is specified in various ways. When cooling such heat loads, the pressure and flow rate of the cooling water supplied to the heat loads are often regulated with high precision.
In particular, when applying a heat load to equipment where excessive water pressure would adversely affect the functionality of the equipment itself, it is required that pressure fluctuations in the supplied water be small even over a wide range of load fluctuations. Another problem with this type of water-cooled cooling system is that depending on the region where it is used, the commercial power supply frequency may be 50H.
z or 60Hz, 501
It is desired that the system can be used in common so that the same cooling performance can be achieved regardless of whether it is operated at 1g or 60Hz. However, the water pump drive motor in the above-mentioned cooling system is driven by commercial power, and if the power frequency changes, the pump rotation speed will change, and the cooling characteristics of the cooling system will also change accordingly. A problem arises. Next, the probe for changes in cooling characteristics based on the difference in the tB frequency loss will be explained with reference to FIG. Figure 4 is an operating characteristic diagram showing various characteristics with pressure on the vertical axis and flow rate on the horizontal axis. Characteristic lines ■ and ■ in the figure represent pumps 3 with the same specifications at 50H2 and 60■2, respectively. The characteristics obtained by subtracting the internal pressure product of water cooling 1B4, piping route, etc. from the pump characteristics during operation are shown. By superimposing the characteristic characteristic (2) of the primary pressure regulating valve 5 installed in the circuit shown in FIG. 3 on this characteristic, a characteristic line (2) is obtained. External flow characteristics corresponding to 50Hz and 60Hz shown in ■ are obtained. Here, if the pressure loss characteristic on the load side is a curve represented by ■, the intersection point A between cotton ■ and ■ and lines ■ and ■. B is the balance point during operation of 5082.60H2, respectively. In other words, the pressure corresponding to these balance points A and B,
Cooling water is supplied to the heat load to perform cooling operation. Furthermore, if the heat load fluctuates within the range of use,
The slope of the above-mentioned load pressure product characteristic line (2) changes variously, and the operating balance point also moves on the external characteristic line accordingly. Here, as is clear from the above characteristic diagram, due to the difference in operating conditions between 50) 1z and 60Hz, pressure and flow rate differences shown by ΔP and ΔQ occur between operating balance points A and B. Moreover, the fluctuation range of this pressure and flow rate is extremely large when taking into account the fluctuation in the usage area of heat load, and if it remains as it is, it will not be practical for heat loads where the pressure and flow rate of cooling water are strictly regulated. In this respect, when the cooling device is used in areas with different commercial power supply frequencies, 508!
It is possible to use a pump exclusively for the region or for the 60 Hz region, or to adjust the primary pressure regulating valve 5 to obtain the desired cooling characteristics, but it is possible to obtain the desired cooling characteristics by rearranging such pumps or adjusting the primary pressure. It is almost impossible to adjust the regulating valve unless you are a specialist engineer on the manufacturer's side, and it is practically impossible for the user to perform such adjustment operations to suit the installation area after shipment from the factory.

This invention has been developed in consideration of the above points, and eliminates the drawbacks of conventional devices, and eliminates the need for special valve adjustment operations after shipping from the factory, and allows for the adjustment of commercial power frequency differences in the region of use. It also suppresses pressure saw fluctuations caused by heat load fluctuations within the usage range, and supplies highly accurate cooling water to the specified pressure regulating valve to maintain the specified heat load during both 50Hz and 60Hz operation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cooling water supply circuit for a water-cooled cooling unit configured to obtain cooling characteristics.

According to the present invention, the above object is achieved by interposing a constant flow valve having predetermined flow rate characteristics in series with the pump on the discharge side of the water pump in the cooling water supply circuit. In other words, as mentioned above, in the conventional device, the pump frequency is 50Hz due to the difference in pump flow rate caused by the difference in operating frequency.
Larger pressure fluctuation range between operation and 60Hz 1 rotation,
In this invention, a constant flow valve is installed in series with the water pump to maintain a constant flow rate between the inside and the next side of the circuit. This allows flow characteristics to be obtained.

FIG. 1 shows a cooling water supply circuit diagram according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an operating characteristic diagram of the circuit shown in FIG. 1. The same reference numerals as in FIGS. Represents the same characteristic line. In the circuit shown in FIG. 1, according to the present invention, a constant flow valve 11 is newly connected in the circuit on the discharge side of the water pump 3 in series with the pump. This constant flow valve 11 has its flow characteristics set in advance according to the design flow rate, and has a flow rate of 50
In the operating range of H2, 60 Hz, the pump 3 has a function of keeping the flow rate constant regardless of variations in the discharge pressure due to changes in the rotational speed of the pump 3. Next, the operating characteristics of the above circuit will be explained with reference to FIG.
In the figure, the characteristic lines marked ■ and ■ are the same as those in FIG. The flow rate characteristics of the constant flow valve 11 described above are expressed by a characteristic line ■ which is vertical in the operating region, and by superimposing this characteristic line ■ on the characteristic lines ■ and ■, the characteristic lines ■ and ■ are respectively Corresponding characteristic lines indicated by Obtain the flow characteristics ■. This characteristic line ■ represents the pressure and flow rate characteristics of the cooling water supplied to the heat load 2 side through the external connection terminal 7 in FIG.
The intersection point C between this and the load pressure product characteristic ■ becomes the operating balance point. Also, as is clear from the diagram, 50Hz operation and 60Hz operation
Driving and driving almost overlap on the same line. Therefore, the same cooling characteristics can be obtained even if the commercial power supply frequency is different. Moreover, since the external flow rate characteristic line ■ has almost no slope and is almost parallel to the horizontal axis, even if the flow rate of cooling water flowing into the heat load varies due to fluctuations in the load characteristic ■ in the heat load usage area. , pressure fluctuations are extremely small and can be maintained at a nearly constant pressure. In other words, a cooling device with the same specifications can be used for 50H.
Even when used in a 60Hz region, the range of pressure fluctuations due to differences in power supply frequency is extremely small, making it possible to supply cooling water with high precision at a specified pressure.
