Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the data quantity and to improve the processing capability of a facsimile store and forward exchange, by replacing the linear coded code given from a facsimile equipment with a memory address signal. CONSTITUTION:When a message is supplied to a facsimile store and forward exchange S/F6 from a facsimile equipment FAX5, the linear coded data fed from the FAX5 is supplied to a linear coded data analyzing circuit 21 of a circuit control part 3 via a circuit corresponding part CL. The circuit 21 decides whether the data P is equal to a make-up code or a terminating code and then identifies a specific address of a terminating code memory 22 or a make-up code memory 23 for the corresponding code. Then the relevant code is replaced with a memory address of 8 bits. に記憶装置に格納するデータ量が多くなり、ファイルア
クセス回数の増加、記憶装置容量の増大等の欠点を引出
す要因となっていた。

ネイティング符号メモリアドレス信号に置換してファク
シミリ蓄積交換機内の前記記憶装置に格納することを特
徴とするファクシミリ蓄積交換機の画情報処理方式が得
られる。
