Claims (1)
- 耐熱性の容器と、この容器内の底部に納入され
た水或いは水に類する物質と反応して高温蒸気を
発生する反応物質と、この反応物質の上方に位置
して設けられ、かつ蒸気透過孔を有する被調理物
載置用の中蓋と、上記容器の上端に嵌合されて上
記容器内を密閉する外蓋とを備えてなる蒸し器。
