和装置であつて、配管の外面から離間した位置で
前記開口部を覆うとともに流体を通す多数の細孔
を有した板状の仕切り部材と、前記開口部を挾む
如く前記配管上の長手方向に離間した２位置に突
出形成された係止凸部とを備え、かつ前記仕切り
部材は、前記係止凸部に対して配管の長手方向に
外側となる両側縁部に、配管側に突出した係合部
がそれぞれ設けられ、この係合部と前記係止凸部
との係合によつて、配管の長手方向に沿う動きが
拘束されることを特徴とする配管破損時の噴流緩
