部２８ａに嵌合可能な角穴３０を有する，！ ソケ
ット１８と、該ソケット１８を穴軸方向に一定範囲スラ
イド可能に保持する工具本体１０と、ソケット１８を工
具本体に対して角穴３０の側へ付勢する手段２６と、ソ
ケット１８を締結部材２８と同軸になる位置へ持って来
ると共に締結部材２８の側へ軸方向に移動せしめて前記
付勢千段２６に抗してソケット角穴３０を締結部材２８
に対して押し付ける締結準備位置まで持って来る工具移
動手段と、ソケット１８を回転させる手段１４とを含ん
で成り、工具本体１０に対するソケット１８の軸方向の
位置を検出する近接センサー３４を取り付け、前記締結
準備位置においてソケット角穴３０と締結部材２８との
回転方向の位相が合致して嵌合しているか否かを前記近
接センサー３４で検出すると共に、嵌合していない時は
ソケット１８を回転させて位相を合わせるようにしたボ
