油全供給し、上記貫通穴を負圧伏居にし、タップを回転
させ、それによって各切刃面で切削したチップをチップ
ブレーカで折って小片チップを形成し、その小片チップ
をτ潤滑油とともに貫通穴を介して外部へ排出するもの

以上述べたことく本発明のタッピング工作法およびその
装置によれば、切削したチップをチップブレーカで小さ
く折って小片チップを形成し、その小片チップをタップ
の中心部の貫通穴を介して外部へ排出するものであるか
ら、従来のようにチップをタップとねじ溝との間にかみ
込むおそれがない。したがって連続してねじ溝を形成す
ることができ、短時間でねじ穴を完成させることができ
