- 集積回路装置のピンが挿入されるピン挿入部と

板に導電的に固定される端子部と、を備えた集積
回路装置ソケツトにおいて、前記ピンのうちの集
積回路装置駆動電源供給用ピンが接続されること
になる前記端子部のうちの電源用端子部と、前記
ピンのうちの接地用ピンが接続されることになる
前記端子部のうちの接地用端子部と、をコンデン
サを介して接続したことを特徴とする集積回路装
置ソケツト。
