- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 気密ケース1内に、外部電極2およびこれと所
定間隙3を保つて内部電極4がその径小端部を支
持する絶縁支持体5により支持され、前記絶縁支
持体る貫通する内部電極径小端部と上記気密ケー
スに接続された同軸ケーブル7の内導体端部7a
とが、金属製の接続体を介して電気的に接続され
てなる中性子検出用核分裂型電離箱において、 上記内部電極径小端部と同軸ケーブル内導体端
部とを接続する接続体10は、軸方向に沿つて螺
旋状に形成され、且つこの螺旋状接続体の外周に
絶縁体9が同軸的に配置されてなることを特徴と
する中性子検出用核分裂型電離箱。
