Claims

In a light bulb bulb in which one end of the glass bulb is closed by a pinch seal and a part of the lead wire is embedded in the pinch seal, the pinch seal has two relatively large side surfaces that are parallel to each other and are generally flat. What is claimed is: 1. A light bulb bulb, characterized in that a portion of the side surface that is continuous with the glass bulb is formed into an inclined surface that is inclined outward so as to be spaced apart from each other as it approaches the glass bulb.
