Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a floor heating panel without damaging any plane characteristic of a surface of the heating panel, with a comfortable feeling of stepping-on and further without generating any uncomfortable sound by a method wherein some conduction holes are made in ribbon-like fixing members for use in arranging and fixing the pipes to the rear surface of the surface plate. CONSTITUTION:A rear surface plate 3 is oppositely arranged against the surface plate 1 having thermal conductivity with a desired spacing thereto, a series of pipes 2 for conducting thermal medium are arranged at the rear surface of the surface plate 1 in a zig-zag form and the foam thermal insulation material 4 is filled in the hollow panel cells. The fixing and arranging the pipes 2 to the surface plate 1 are carried out by using the ribbon-like fixing members 5 before filling the thermal insulation materials 4. The pipes 2 are pressed and fixed to the surface plate 1 in such a way as they stride at the rear surface of the surface plate 1 with the fixing members 5. Thermal insulation materials 4 are filled in spaces S at both sides of the pipes 2 through the in-feeding holes 6 and the space S is not left under a closed condition, so that troubles such as bulging of the surface plate 1 or a loss of flatness of the surface plate and generation of uncomfortable sound are not generated.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, conventional floor heating panels have a series of pipes (2) that conduct heat medium such as hot water on the back side of the surface plate (1) in a meandering configuration. The back plate (3) and the front plate (
It is obtained by filling the space between 1) and 1) with a foamable heat insulating material (4). The pipe (2) is fixed in the piping direction with a ribbon-shaped fixing member (5) (mostly adhesive tape with heat conductivity such as aluminum tape) on the back side of the surface plate (1) before filling with the heat insulating material (4). It is pressed down along the length of e.

This space (81) is filled with air whose internal pressure has been increased by filling the heat insulating material (4), causing the surface plate (1) to resonate, causing the This is the cause of breaking the adhesion.Conduction of heat medium to the special pipe (2)
Therefore, when the air in the space (S) thermally expands, the surface plate (1)
The bulge and the separation between the top plate (1) and the insulation material (4) are noticeably bumpy, which impairs the flatness of the top plate (1) and makes it uncomfortable to step on, as well as making unpleasant noises when walking. As it turned out, we won.

In this invention, is there a space in which the heat insulating material is surrounded by the surface plate, the pipe, and the fixing member through the Df conduction hole? Since this is led in, there is no closed space inside the pipe, and the pipe is tightly restrained with heat insulating material around it.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a floor heating panel showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which a heat-conductive front plate (1) and a back plate (3) are opposed to each other at a predetermined interval, and the back side of the front plate (1) is This is obtained by filling the inside of a hollow soot-like panel cell, which is formed by fixing a series of pipes (2) in a meandering manner to conduct a heat medium, with a foaming heat insulating material (4). pipe (2)
The piping is fixed to the surface plate (1) using a ribbon-shaped fixing member (5) before filling with the heat insulating material (4). Adhesive tape with heat conductivity is often used for the fixing member (5), and in this example, l.i aluminum adhesive tape is used. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, attach the top plate (1) so that the pipe (2) can be straddled over the back side of the top plate (1) using the fixing member (5). The presser foot is fixed. On both sides of the pipe (2) fixed with the fixing member (5), there is an elongated space (S-input, that is, a cross-sectional shape surrounded by the fixing member (5), the pipe (2), and the surface plate (1)) along the piping direction. A roughly triangular space is created. This space (S) has a plurality of introduction holes (C) lined up along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the fixing member (5).
6) communicates with the internal space of the panel cell. Introduction hole (
6) The fixing member (5) may be formed in advance, but it may also be formed using an appropriate tool once the fixation of the pipe (2) is completed (the latter is the fixed member (5
) The fixing member (5) can be provided without considering the positional shift of the parts (5), so the workability is good.

Therefore, the floor heating panel obtained by filling the panel cells with the heat insulating material (4) does not contain any unfilled portions of the heat insulating material (4). That is, the space f8) v on both sides of the pipe (2)
This is because the introduction hole (6) is filled with the heat insulating material (4), and the space +8) is not left in a closed state. Therefore, not only will problems such as bulging of the surface plate (1), loss of flatness, and generation of unpleasant noises caused by the air blocked in the space +S> not occur, but also the outer circumference of the pipe (2) will not be covered with heat insulating material ( 4) Being restrained? This results in high structural stability.

As is clear from the above description of Example P, the underfloor heating panel of the present invention [the inside of the hollow soot-like panel cell in which a series of pipes for conducting the heat medium are closely connected to the back surface of the surface material] A space P is a floor heating panel filled with a foaming heat insulating material, wherein the pipe is fixed with a ribbon-shaped fixing member on the back side of the surface material, and the fixing member has a structure in which the pipe and the surface material are fixed together. A space is created on both sides of the pipe surrounded by the fixing member and the insulating material, and there is no space around the pipe. Blocked air?
All problems caused by this, such as swelling of the surface plate, loss of flatness, and generation of unpleasant noises, can be completely eliminated.
