Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacturae a paper card having no deviation in position relation between a top-surface and a reverse-surface images by forming the top-surface and reverse-surface images adjacently on one surface of the same sheet of base paper. CONSTITUTION:The top-surface image 2 and reverse-surface image 3 of the card are printed adjacently and plurally on one surface of sheet type base paper 1 and striped magnetic tape 4 are stuck on printed top-surface images 2. Then, the sheet type base paper 1 is set on a punching machine to punch respective images 2 and 3 on the basis of the formation positions of the magnetic tapes; and a half-cut folding part 5 is formed between images 2 and 3, thus manufacturing a both-sided card base material 6. Then, the reverse side of the card base material 6 is coated with an adhesive 7 and folded inward along the folding part 5, and the base material is pressed from both surfaces, which are stucked together, obtaining the card 8. Consequently, the top-surface image 2 and reverse-surface image 3 of the card 8 have no deviation in position relation and burrs formed during punching operation are hidden at the adhesive surface side and never appear on the external surface of the card 8, so the quality value of the card 8 is improved greatly.

That is, in the present invention, a front card base material on which an image for the front side is formed and a back card base material on which an image for the back side is formed are laminated with the back side facing inside, and a striped magnetic layer is formed on at least this side. In the method for manufacturing a paper card, the front image and the back image are formed adjacent to each other on one surface of a sheet-like mount, and at least one of the image surfaces is A striped magnetic layer is formed, and then a folded part is formed between the two images, and both images are punched out from the sheet-like mount to provide a card base material for both sides, and this card for both sides is formed. The base material is bent from the above-mentioned bending part and pasted together with the back side facing inside, thereby eliminating the misalignment of the positional relationship between the above-mentioned front side image and back side image of the paper card, thereby making it possible to solve the above-mentioned various problems. This eliminates the drawbacks of

This makes it possible to easily produce cards with striped magnetic layers on both the front and back sides using paper as a base material, which was difficult to do with conventional methods. Since it is hidden inside the card and does not appear on the outside of the card, in combination with the above effects, the quality and value of the card can be significantly improved.

In addition, in the conventional method, when bonding the front sheet and the back sheet, there is a risk of erroneously attaching the top and bottom sheets, but the present invention can completely eliminate this problem. , and 'Since the image for the front side and the image for the back side are simultaneously formed on one sheet of mount, the cost of plate making and printing plates can be reduced to half of the conventional cost, and both the above images can be formed adjacent to each other. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of cut portions of the backing paper that occur during punching, improve the material yield, and lower the unit manufacturing cost of the card.

In addition, in the conventional method, a front sheet and a back sheet are pasted together to form a laminated sheet, and then a card is punched out using a flat-pressure punching machine with a slow working speed, whereas in the present invention, Since the image for the front side and the image for the back side are simultaneously punched out from the sheet-like mount before pasting, the thickness of the paper at the time of punching can be reduced to half of the conventional thickness.
