【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、哺乳びんなどに用いる乳首をシリコ
ーン樹脂成形材料を用いて成形する金型に関し、
ゲート切断・吸い口孔あけの後加工が不要で、か
つ型内空気によるヤケなどの欠陥のない成形品が
得られる金型である。

観点から乳首の頭頂部以外の場所におかれ、頭頂
部にある吸い口の孔あけは成形後後加工されてい
た。しかしながら、そのようにゲート位置が制約
されると、成形過程において金型内部の空気が成
形上の阻害要因となり、形状欠陥を生じたり、空
気の断熱圧縮によるヤケの現象を起し易い。ま
た、吸い口孔の後加工は原価低減上大きな問題と
して残されていた。

せる。シリコーン樹脂成形材料は、第2図のノズ
ル接触部10に射出成形機のノズル(図示せる)
を接せしめ、ゲート11を通過して射出させる。
材料は80〜150℃程度に加熱された金型により加
