着した他の圧電素子によつて取り出し、前記入力
角速度を測定する振動ジヤイロにおいて、圧電素
子に接続するリード線を接着剤を用いてビーム面
上に固定し、ビームの屈曲振動の節点からリード
線を外部に導出するようにしたことを特徴とする
