す一部断面を含む側面図、第４図は従来の車両用
デイフアレンシヤルのコンパニオンフランジ振れ
検査の説明に供される一部断面を含む側面図であ
る。
図中、１４は基板部材、１４ａは基板部材１４
のフランジ当接面部、１８は円板部材、１９は台
座部、２２は球状突起部材、５０はデイフアレン
シヤル装置の駆動軸、５４はコンパニオンフラン
ジである。
