The pattern-revealing weft used for weaving kasuri and marbled fabrics is dyed in spots in the necessary areas and inserted into the weft, resulting in the accumulation of the mottled and dyed parts of adjacent wefts to create kasuri and marbled fabrics. Conventionally, this kind of spotty dyeing of weft threads has been done by dyeing the weft using a type of mechanical partial resist dyeing such as board tightening, or by printing the weft using a letterpress type printing method. The former method is a handicraft process similar to that seen in Oshima Tsumugi, and has extremely low productivity. There is a restriction on the amount of thread, and printing is done in batches of grams, so productivity is not necessarily good.In addition, resist dyeing and printing are applied to Jil! using these conventional methods. The reason is that the resist dyeing and printing part can only roughly control the position in the length direction of the thread, so it is possible to obtain the desired pattern by slitting the original fabric into narrow widths using the sequential drawing technique. To make the shape of the pattern appear as qualitatively as possible without distorting the image as much as possible, such as by inserting the flat threads in a predetermined order and reproducing the pattern originally appearing on the original fabric on the fabric. It does not go so far as to guarantee.

The method for spot-dying weft yarns for pattern appearance according to the present invention involves arranging a large number of raw yarns in a sheet shape at a regular pitch, and temporarily attaching the parallel body of raw yarns to a mount or belt using a removable adhesive. Therefore, in addition to pasting under the above-mentioned parallel state, a large number of raw yarns are attached to the mount or belt, with the length corresponding to the fabric weaving width in the length direction of the parallel body being one span. This parallelism or vice versa,
Addressed to the amount equivalent to the parallel pitch of the yarn, or to an integral multiple of 2 or more thereof, in order of parallelism in the length direction of the yarn of the above span,
The above pasting is done under the specifications of shifting the raw yarn to one side in the parallel direction, and when it reaches the appropriate number of spans, shifting it to the opposite side by the same pitch, and the adjacent span of the above span is For a printing device having a pattern printing plate in a portion corresponding to a mutually symmetrical horizontal axis line, a bonded body of the above-mentioned plural yarns in parallel and a mount or belt, or vice versa, the bonded body. The printing machine advances along the longitudinal axis of the thread, and the printing machine prints a pattern on a predetermined portion of the parallel body of a large number of raw threads of the bonded body, and the printed thread is Post-treatments such as steaming and water washing are performed as necessary.

In addition, in the present invention, in order to attach a large number of parallel yarns with a regular pitch to a mount or belt, the yarn multi-axis parallel body is attached to the mount or belt, or vice versa.
The fabric-width corresponding length in the length direction of the parallel body of many raw yarns in the above-mentioned laminate is taken as one span, and the raw yarns of the span are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction, at a predetermined pitch, in the parallel direction of the raw yarns. When the number of spans reaches the appropriate number of spans, the yarn is shifted in the opposite direction to the same pitch. On the parallel body, use a stamping device with a bare-like stamping metal in the required parts in the same manner as for ordinary fabrics,
In other words, it is possible to print a pattern with the same ease as with conventional printing machines, and as will be explained in detail later, it is possible to correctly position the pattern constituent elements at the required locations. In addition to being able to apply stamps to raw threads under regulated foreshadowing lines, printing on raw threads is done by attaching a large number of parallel threads to a mount or belt, so it can be applied with the same quality as on sheets. Therefore, with the mottled dyed yarn obtained by the present invention, it is possible to create a pattern on a fabric with good qualitative shape, which is comparable to that obtained using the sequential drawing technique.

According to one relative displacement between the mount or belt and the parallel body of multiple yarns in a predetermined specification, after the required printing, the parallel body of multiple yarns is peeled off from the mount or belt and returned to its original state. Returning to the parallel state, in the case of a parallel body of many yarns, the printed pattern is the same as the span of the parallel body of many yarns that touch each other, corresponding to the span of the parallel body of many yarns in the above-mentioned bonded body. The patterns occupying the symmetrical horizontal axis line and having approximately symmetrical positions in adjacent spans are shifted from each other by a predetermined pitch in the lateral direction of the parallel body of many yarns in order according to the number of parallel spans. It becomes the arrangement of aspects. As will be described later, this method involves dividing the mottled dyed yarn of the present invention into croup equivalent to dividing a large number of parallel yarns at appropriate points in terms of width, and dividing them at appropriate points in terms of length. In a group of mottled dyed threads, patterns of the same phase are overlapped, and they are aligned in the warp direction V.
By joining the mottled dyed yarns so as to correspond to the joined yarns, the printing pattern of each span in each group of connected bodies is shifted in the same direction at a predetermined pitch in accordance with the number of parallel spans as a whole. The misaligned pattern of this printing pattern corresponds to the fact that the mottled dyed threads instantly bring into contact with each other during weft inserting to reveal the desired pattern in the desired area of the fabric using the M-pulling technique. , it is ensured that the pattern is obtained as having the required pattern constituent elements at the required location.

In the present invention Vζ, the predetermined deviation of the printing pattern in the printing system multiple parallel bodies is caused by 11 pages of pattern stamps using a stamping machine! As a result, the printing pattern can be applied with a predetermined shift on a parallel body of many yarns in a simpler manner in terms of equipment than when the printing machine is displaced relative to the parallel body of many yarns. obtain. VC that displaces the stamper
In this case, the attached printing ink rollers and ink tabs must be moved together, and the means for performing lateral displacement at the required regular pitch at a specified time requires large-scale equipment. In the present invention, a large number of raw yarns are arranged in sheet form at a regular pitch in a sizing process using a sludge 17 sizing machine, which is one of the weaving preparation processes, or by arranging yarns in a sheet form at a regular pitch. This is done in the same way as warp alignment, and
The raw yarn may be moved in a beam-wound manner similar to that of a warp-wound yarn, or a bonded body of a large number of parallel yarns and a mount or belt may be wound around a beam. Since it is sufficient to move it in the same shape as it is, the movement can be carried out simply in terms of equipment. In addition, if the printing device is to be displaced so that the printing pattern exhibits a required deviation from the parallel body of many yarns, it is necessary to lengthen the printing device to a length that corresponds to the maximum deviation. On the other hand, in the present invention, it is only necessary to use a suitably wide mount or belt, which is economical.

In the present invention, if the displacement pitch of the parallel body of many raw yarns with respect to the mount or belt is set to an integral multiple of 2 or more of the parallel yarn pitch, the number of weft insertions required to reveal the pattern on the fabric, Compared to the case where the number of weft insertions in the blank area between the patterns on the fabric is the same as in the displacement pitch specification, and the displacement pitch is equivalent to the yarn parallel pitch, the unit parallelism of the yarn parallel body @ ( However, the same conditions apply even when the threads are lined up in the same way)) The pattern of the hit! It only requires 1 of 1 differential.

Incidentally, the pattern is revealed by the number of times of weft insertion as shown in Fig. 19, which will be described later, that is, one pattern is revealed by two times of weft insertion, and the blank area between the patterns is four times of weft insertion. For example, with respect to the parallel width equivalent to 24 yarns, the former specification has two patterns, while the latter specification has four patterns.

In this way, if the former displacement pitch specification is followed, the number of patterns per unit parallel width of the yarn will be reduced, so the number of pattern printing plates of the printing machine will be correspondingly reduced, and the manufacturing cost will be accordingly lower. , contributes to reducing the cost of mottled dyed yarn.

Furthermore, even if the same printing machine is used, by changing the displacement pitch of the parallel body of many yarns with respect to the mount or belt,
Changes can be made in the pattern that appears on the fabric.@Changes in the pattern that appears on the fabric can be achieved by combining different displacement pitch specifications for a large number of parallel yarns, using a mount or belt. This can also be achieved by relative displacement between a large number of parallel yarns.

A mount or belt (6
) or vice versa, displacement control to a predetermined pitch is achieved by electrically or electronically quantizing (generally, pulse conversion is possible) the rotation, that is, the amount of mechanical displacement, of the nirazu roller (5) (5). Then, a transmitter sends a signal to a counter, and based on the predetermined count, the lateral shift timing of the mount, belt (6), or beam thread 4 is determined and controlled. Lateral displacement of the mount or belt (6) t or beam thread rotation can be caused by, for example, the spiral-1 for adjusting the printing roller position in a general 0-color printing machine! This can be carried out using a feeding means corresponding to a long paper.

When using a mount to temporarily paste a large number of raw yarns in parallel (■), the required temporary pasting can be done by pressing down with a crimping roller whose surface concavity is inert to the temporary pasting adhesive. The belt for temporarily pasting the parallel body of multiple threads (■) can be used for temporarily pasting printed fabrics in the conventionally known auto screen or 0-taly screen type multicolor pattern printing machines that are applied to printing on fabrics. A belt similar to that used for the printing machine can be used, and temporary pasting can be done in the same way as for the printing machine. The yarn connectors having the connection modes shown in FIGS. 8, 1O, and 11 may be inserted so that the partial patterns are arranged in the order of their arithmetic codes, or vice versa. 1st
The yarn connected body with the connection mode shown in Fig. 3 can be wefted in the same manner.0 In the cases shown in Figs. 9, 12, and 13, the pattern (e) on the fabric (71-2) Partial pattern (3) or (1) corresponding to the initial pattern element in K does not correspond to pattern 4 in orientation, so strictly speaking,
The revealed pattern does not match the one in the figure and in Figure 1I, and the pattern is distorted, but in reality the thread is thin like machi, so
Such pattern distortion is almost invisible to the naked eye.

The speckled dyed yarn (100-1,) in FIG. 18 has the same specifications as the speckled dyed yarn in FIG. At the time of manufacturing and bonding, a large number of raw yarns are placed in parallel on the mount or belt, with the length corresponding to the width of the fabric in the length direction of the parallel body in the pasted body being the summer span. Or vice versa, shift the above-mentioned spans to one side in the parallel direction of the yarn in order of parallelism in the yarn length direction by an amount equivalent to twice the parallel pitch of the yarn until the appropriate number of spans is reached. For example, under the specification of shifting to the opposite side in the same way, it is regularly displaced left and right, and the following +vlOt
It is obtained by applying a printed pattern in substantially the same manner as in the case of loosely dyed yarn. The selection of the number of spans related to the horizontal displacement between the mount or belt and the parallel body of many raw yarns may be the same as that for the mottled dyed yarn shown in FIG.

(1) A large number of yarns are lined up in a sheet shape at a regular pitch, and the parallel body of yarns is pasted on a mount or belt under the above-mentioned parallel state using a removable temporary adhesive with an adhesive. , the length corresponding to the fabric weaving width in the longitudinal direction of the raw yarns in the following bonded body is one span, and the raw yarns are placed in parallel on the mount or belt, or vice versa. Sequentially shift the above-mentioned spans to one side in the parallel direction of the yarn in the parallel direction, and when the appropriate number of spans is reached, similarly address the same pitch to the opposite side. The above-mentioned pasting is carried out under the specification of shifting the above-mentioned yarns, and a large number of the above-mentioned yarns are arranged in parallel to a printing machine having a pattern printing plate in a position corresponding to a horizontal axis that is symmetrical between adjacent spans. Then, the laminate or the belt is advanced along the longitudinal axis of the laminate or vice versa, and the stamper is used to print the laminate at a desired location in the parallel body of a large number of yarns. A method of speckled weft dyeing to reveal a pattern, which is characterized by the imprinting of a pattern.
