A device for pneumatically conveying fiber raw materials to a plurality of carding machines is shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the fiber raw material in the hopper chamber 1 of the main feeder machine is sent to the delivery chamber 2 in constant weight portions without being defibrated into fine tufts. A fiber pneumatic blower 4 is provided at the outlet 3 at the bottom of the delivery chamber 2, and the tufted fiber raw material is pneumatically transported together with pneumatic air to the card chamber through the pneumatic pipe 5 at a pneumatic speed of about 10 m/s. Ru. The pneumatic tube 5 has an expansion chamber 6 above the multiple card machines. The expansion chamber 6 has a cross-sectional area about three times larger than the pneumatic tube 5 and has a vertically elongated rectangular cross section, and the speed of the desired air is reduced to about 3 meters per second within the expansion chamber 6. The fiber tuft is in the expansion chamber 6.
Inside, the fibers settle to the bottom surface, and the pneumatic air flows along the bottom surface of the settled fiber tufts and carries them to the other side, and if there is a depression in the bottom surface of the expansion chamber 6, the fibers settle in this depression. The air wrapper 8 of each carding machine is connected to the bottom of the expansion chamber 6 by a respective 7 ohming duct) 7, so that the fiber raw material is
is supplied to the air wrapper through the ohming duct 7,
Each forming duct T is always supplied with fiber tufts up to the bottom level. The remaining fiber raw material supplied to each forming duct 7 is led to the upper part of the hopper chamber 1 of the main feeder machine by the return pneumatic pipe 9. Above the hopper chamber 1, the return pneumatic pipe 9 has a cross-sectional area of It has a structure of a large expansion room 10. Therefore, the returned fiber raw material is collected in the hopper chamber 1, and the end 11 of the return air pipe 9 is connected to the upper part of the delivery chamber 2. Therefore, the pneumatic air flows inside the delivery chamber 2 from top to bottom, circulates many times, and is used as pneumatic air.

The inventor first made the invention, filed a patent application, and received
The air wrapper disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 19496 has the structure shown in FIG. That is, it has a large number of horizontal bars 22 within the vertical box 21. Vertical lattice 23 and the vertical lattice 23
A fiber passage 27 with a thickness of about 100 mm exists between a rear side plate 250 having a plurality of horizontal bars 24 facing downwardly and having a sliding mechanism 26 capable of sliding back and forth. The supply section 28 of the cotton spinning card machine is composed of a feed roller with a diameter of about 60 m and a push plate, and a rug with a thickness of about 100 m5+ is fed to the supply section 28.
It is impossible to supply directly to In the feeding device shown in FIG. 3, a control roller 29 with a diameter of about 120 m is provided below the vertical lattice 23, and the lower end 30 of the rear side plate 25 becomes gradually narrower as it goes further along the periphery of the control roller 29. The surface speed of the control roller 29 is slightly slower than the surface speed of the feed roller of the card machine (the surface speed of the vertical lattice 23 is driven approximately half slower than the surface speed of the control roller 29). Therefore, due to the surface striations of the control roller 29, slip occurs in the wrap discharged from the longitudinal lattice 23, and the weight per unit length of the wrap becomes about half, that is, it is doubled and the cotton is spun. Since the wrap is supplied to the type card machine supply section 28, the wrap can be easily received in the supply section.

That is, FIG. 4 shows a structure in which a sliding mechanism 32 is provided so that the rear side plate 31 of the forming duct 7 also slides back and forth integrally with the front and back sliding of the rear side plate 25 of the air wrapper 8, and FIG. This is a structure in which a sliding mechanism 34 is provided so that when the rear side plate 31 of the forming duct 7 is slid back and forth by the front and back sliding mechanism 32, the rear side plate 33 of the expansion chamber 6 is also slid back and forth. It is shown. The invention shown in Figures 4 and 5 is
When the number of card machines is large and the length of the expansion chamber 6 is long, the fiber density of the wrap deposited in each forming duct 7 will be higher in the upstream forming duct than in the downstream forming duct. The problem is that each card machine has the same draft change wheel, and the horizontal cross-sectional area of the forming duct and expansion chamber can be adjusted by moving the rear side plate back and forth. This invention allows a fixed amount of sliver to be obtained from a card machine.

The fiber raw material supply device of the present invention is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-19496.
An invention in which a sufficiently thin wrap can be supplied to a cotton spinning card machine supply section without having to draft the wrap discharged from the vertical lattice 23 to about half its thickness using the control roller 29 as in the invention of the publication No. In addition, as in the invention of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-156033, the air wrapper rear plate, the forming duct rear plate, and the expansion amount rear side plate are adjusted by sliding back and forth, but by performing an extremely simple adjustment action. The purpose of this invention is to provide an air wrapper that can obtain a uniform sliver of y-quantity even from a card machine.

The feed roller 2 has a structure in which the inter-roller gauge can be adjusted, for example, or its surface speed can be finely adjusted, so that the volume of fiber fed out per unit time from this pair of rollers can be finely adjusted. Therefore, even if the density of the fiber material deposited in the forming duct 41 differs between the upstream and downstream parts of the expansion chamber 6, the fibers fed out every hour from each feed roller 42 can be adjusted by finely adjusting the feed rollers. The amount can be adjusted to be uniform for each air wrapper, and the forming duct above the amount of fiber fed out from the feed roller 42 is naturally replenished with fiber raw material. A cylinder 43 having a structure in which a needle moves in and out is provided below the pair of feed rollers 42. The cylinder 43 having a structure in which a pattern needle enters and exits has a high-speed rotating cylinder with a large number of holes on its surface, and a large number of needles are provided on the surface of the cylinder with the center slightly above the center of the cylinder inside the cylinder. The drum is provided so that it rotates at the same rotational speed as the cylinder. Therefore, at a position directly below the pair of feed rollers 42, the needles protrude slightly from the cylinder surface, and the fibers sent out from the feed rollers 42 are caught by the needles and are spread into fine fiber tufts while being carried at high speed in the direction of rotation of the cylinder 43. It will be done.

By finely adjusting the two pairs of feed rollers 42, the fiber/raw material supplying device of the present invention can adjust the amount of fiber material fed to each card machine to be a predetermined amount. When the number of bases is large and the length of the expansion chamber is long, it is possible to obtain card slivers close to the amount of card sliver from any card machine. In addition, the fiber material inside the air wrapper is stored in a cylinder 43 that has a structure in which needles enter and exit.
By the action of the carder, even finer fiber tufts can be obtained, which aids the action of the carding machine and makes it possible to produce a large quantity of good quality sliver from the carding machine. Additionally, the duct 44 fiber passage 45 compression roll 46 guide plate
The wrap passing through 47 is hardly drafted in its path and is properly compressed before being fed to the feed section of the carding machine, even if the wrap is approximately 60 mm in diameter. )Fini)' o
