械の故障のため従業員も多く必要であり、従来の
球研磨機は、球乾燥装置が完全でないため球の光
沢も悪く表止まりなどの原因になつていた。従来
の球研磨機は、研磨用ごみ取り材という消耗品な
どを入れる事により研磨材くず、鉄粉、ごみ、ほ
こり、異物の除去をはかつているが、研磨用ごみ
取り材の袋が球と一緒に回転タンクの中で回転し
ているため袋がやぶれる事が多く、研磨用ごみ取
り材も一緒に、パチンコ機まで回つてくることが
たびたびあり、故障の原因になつていた研磨用ご
み取り材の交換も、パチンコ機台数が多くなれば
なるほど維持費は多くかかり不経済である。
