Claims (1)
- 温度係数が正のサーミスタを抵抗素子の近傍に
配し、これらを直列に接続し、しかも熱伝導性の
良好な封止材で包囲せる抵抗器において、上記サ
ーミスタを、導電性粉末を均一に分散せる熱可塑
性樹脂のシート体により構成したことを特徴とす
るＰＴＣサーミスタ付き抵抗器。
