導電電極を有し前記電極群の異なる電極毎に、発
光効率並びに発光色の異なる螢光体層が形成され
た陽極を有する螢光表示管において、外部から前
記複数の電極に同一の電圧を与えても、同一の視
認性を得るべく前記螢光体の発光効率に応じて調
整された抵抗層を、前記導電電極と給電配線の間
に形成し、しかも前記抵抗層が気密封止されて成
