成することにより上記の不都合を解消せんとする

シヤワー液Aの回収部2は吹出部6設置用の凹所
7及びこの凹所7の上縁に形成された受棚8とそ
して受棚8の縁に設けたフランジ9とを備える。
凹所7は吹出部6を内部に設置するのに十分なス
ペースを有し吹出部6との間に液回収路10を残
すようにしているがその全体幅W1は後述するよ
うに比較的狭く小サイズのものとするものであ
る。受棚8は目的物3の下面に触れた後のシヤワ
ー液A′の受止め並びにこのシヤワー装置1が組
込まれる前方処理槽11からの液ダレを回収する
もので受棚8の長さLは隣接する前・後処理槽1
1,12の長さに相応し又その幅W2は前・後処
理槽11,12間の間隙Dと予め相応せしめるも
のである。フランジ9は受棚8の縁にその全体を

る。従つて、被メツキ物3の下面側のみにシヤワ
ー液Aを接触させる場合、パスライン4′上で被
メツキ物3′を移動させることになる(第3図)。
シヤワー液Aの噴射波19は凹凸がなく平均化さ
れた頭部を形成しているので、特に被メツキ物
3′の下面側にのみシヤワー液Aを接触させたい
ときに本考案のシヤワー装置は有効に作用する。
尚、パンチングされた多数の開孔やスリツトを有
する被メツキ物3〔例えばICリードフレーム〕
の場合、上面側も下面側に併せシヤワー処理する
方が好ましいときもあるので開孔やスリツト(図
示せず)よりシヤワー液Aが被メツキ物3の上面

隙及び長さに相応する幅及び長さにした逆ハツト
形状のものにしたので、小スペースさえあれば
前・後処理槽間に介入・設置できるのでライン長
さの決められた装置内に無理なく組合わせること
ができる。又、シヤワー液は用途に合わせて選択
でき例えば水洗用には水道水、湯洗、水洗、回収
には湯、又は純水を、中和処理には酸性又はアル
カリ薬液などを適宜用いることができるのでこの
