、前記フアンケースの外周にＬ型フランジを設け
、前記回転ドラムの後面板にその一端が固定され
た弾性と伸縮性とを有する物質よりなるシール材
の他端を、前記Ｌ型フランジの水平部と垂直部に
弾発的に圧接させたことを特徴とする回転ドラム
