    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ポンプのメカニカルシールのフラツシング系に設置し、
    フラツシング液中の固体粒子を除去する一体的縦形の清
    浄装置であって、有底中空の外筒と、該外筒内下部の空
    間よりなる重力沈降分離部と、該外筒内の該重力沈降分
    離部の上部に設置されたフィルタと、該外筒内の該フィ
    ルタ上部に配置されたサイクロセパレータと、該外簡の
    上部に設けた逆洗液入口．ノズルと、該外簡の底部に設
    けｔこ逆洗液出口ノズルとを有することを特徴とするポ
    ンプメカニカルシールフラツシング系清浄装置。
