Conventional sphygmomanometers involve wrapping a manifold (an air bag) around the area to be measured, such as the upper arm, and applying air pressure inside the manifold to compress the blood vessel walls to measure blood pressure using a mercury column or an aneroid meter. The lowest blood pressure is defined as the pressure value when a stethoscope is placed near the mansion and the Korotkoff sound produced when blood flow is obstructed by pressure on the blood vessel wall is heard, and the Korotkoff sound disappears when the blood flow is completely blocked. The pressure value at which the blood pressure reaches the blood pressure is taken as the systolic blood pressure. However, with this method, the measurement location is limited to the arm, and the insertion of air into the manchette is quantitative, making accurate measurement difficult and the person measuring the blood pressure having to be very careful. There are drawbacks that require caution and considerable skill.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks. To explain one embodiment, the present invention includes a pressure-sensitive device 1 which is provided with a noise-preventing cushioning material in the pressing part that is pressed against the skin surface above the artery to be examined, and which is elastically deformable. , a display device 4 that displays the pressure sensitive value of this pressure sensitive device 1, and a blood flow detection device 2 that picks up blood flow sound with a microphone attached to the pressing part and amplifies it to generate a buzzer sound. , these three devices 1, 2,
Blood pressure measurement in which three devices 1, 2, and 4 are formed into a flat shape with approximately the same width, and a blood flow detection device 2 is interposed between the pressure sensitive device 1 and the display device 4, and these three devices 1, 2, and 4 are combined in a laminated form. The gist is the device. In the figure, 3 indicates a power supply battery, 5 indicates the skin surface above the test artery, and 6 indicates a blood vessel.

In the present invention configured as described above, the pressure value is displayed on the display device 4 by pressing the pressing part of the pressure sensitive device 1 against the skin surface 5 over the subject's motion, but the amount of pressing of the pressing part generates Korotkoff sound. When the blood flow detection device 2 activates and emits a buzzer sound, the blood pressure value at that time is measured as the lowest pressure, and by further pressing, the pressure value when the buzzer sound of the Korotkoff sound disappears is measured as the highest pressure. However, since it does not use a manchet as in the past, it can be measured at any measurement location, and therefore can be measured over a wide range of areas, and the measurement operation is extremely easy as it can be measured simply by pressing it against the skin. It does not require any skill, and since it measures the amount of pressure, the measurement is accurate. Also, since it is mainly composed of an electrical mechanism, the entire device can be made smaller. In particular, this invention has been studied in academic research due to its high accuracy. Ideal for use.

Moreover, the microphone of the blood flow detection device is attached to the pressing part, which not only allows accurate detection of blood flow sound, but also because the microphone and the buzzer sound are built into the flat blood flow detection device. At the same time as the buzzer sound is generated, this buzzer sound is picked up by the microphone and amplified, so the end result is a very loud buzzer sound being emitted from the buzzer.
You can clearly hear when the buzzer sound occurs and when it disappears, allowing for accurate blood pressure measurement.
