置検出器のうち相対向する位置検出器どうしの出
力を比較し偏差を求める手段と、この手段により
求められた相対向する位置検出器どうしの出力偏
差が所定値よりも大なる場合には前記移動手段を
停止させる手段とを具備したことを特徴とする水
