In recent years, so-called system components, in which audio equipment such as amplifiers and tuners are housed in dedicated racks, have become widespread as audio products. In addition, these easily housed audio equipment are becoming smaller year by year due to the rapid advancement of technology and the demands of the times. However, among these players, there is a limit to the miniaturization of mechanical players due to the use of 30 cm discs. Therefore, it cannot be stored in a compact rack, and is placed on the top of the rack separately from the audio equipment inside the rack. Furthermore, even with this configuration, the rack cannot be made more compact than a certain level because of the need for the player to be placed thereon, and therefore the shelf board for supporting the storage equipment also has a larger area than necessary. For this reason,
In rack manufacturing, there is a lot of loss in board cutting, etc., and it is not possible to sufficiently reduce costs such as material costs, assembly man-hours, packaging, and transportation.

Regarding the player, some attempts have been made to use it vertically to reduce the overall size of the system, but it has not yet become widely accepted due to the inherent posture of the player, ease of use, etc. At present, it is more common for players to be used horizontally, and a rack suitable for this type of use is desired.

The purpose of this invention is to make it possible to generally store a relatively large player together with other miniaturized equipment, and to do so without the need to use large shelves, etc., and to reduce the number of structural members as a whole. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rack for audio equipment that can be manufactured at low cost and is easy to manufacture.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a rack body in the form of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped with open front and top surfaces, and is composed of a pair of side plates 12, a back plate 13, and a bottom plate 14. Reference numeral 16 denotes a shelf plate, which is supported by the side plate 12 at a predetermined height position near the front side of the rack body 11. That is, a plurality of support holes 17 are formed in the side plate 12 in its vertical direction, and the shelf board 16 is supported by support pins 18 fitted into any of the support holes 17. Further, the support pin 18 can be fitted into any support hole 17, and the shelf board 16 can be fitted into the support pin 18.
The support height can be changed. Reference numeral 19 denotes devices such as amplifiers and tuners, which are stacked on the shelf board 16. Reference numeral 20 denotes a player receiving plate, which is provided at a position close to the rear side of the upper part of the rack main body 11, and the side plate is arranged so that its upper surface height is approximately equal to the upper surface height of the equipment 19 placed on the shelf board 16. 12. 21 is a record player, whose front legs are the upper surface of the device 19 on the shelf board 16;
Further, the rear legs are respectively placed on the player receiving plate 20. Reference numeral 22 denotes a torsion bar, which is mounted on the upper part of the open front part of the rack main body 11 and extends between the both side plates 12 to reinforce the space between the both side plates 12. 23
is a record holder, which is provided on the bottom plate 14 inside the rack body 11.

Here, the structure of the connecting portion of the player receiving plate 20 to the side plate 12 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3a and 3b. Both sides of the player receiving plate 20 and the rack body 1
A connecting member, for example, a screw 2, is connected to the side plate 12 on the first side.
5, and this screw 25 is screwed into the player receiving plate 20 at a position where its thickness is eccentric from the directional center. Therefore, if the player receiving plate 20 is installed with its front and back sides reversed as shown in FIGS . x 2 . Therefore, by reversing the front and back sides of the player receiving plate 20, the height of its upper surface can be changed by the difference between the values x 1 and x 2 , which can be used for fine adjustment for dimensional errors etc. when combining amplifiers. .

In the above configuration, small devices 19 such as amplifiers and tuners are mounted on small shelves 1
6, the player 21 is supported on the front side within the rack body 11. Also, a top plate (decorative plate, gas plate, etc.) that was conventionally required to support the player 21 is no longer necessary, and it is sufficient to provide a player support plate 20 that supports only the rear legs of the player 21. Therefore, the number of components can be reduced overall, and the material costs and assembly man-hours required for manufacturing can be reduced. Also, since the player 21 is provided integrally with the other devices 19 within the rack body 11, the player 21 can be mounted on the rack body 11 in a manner different from that of the conventional player 21.
In comparison with a case where the amplifier and other equipment are provided separately on the top plate of the cabinet, the amplifier, tuner, and other equipment 19 and the player 21 are integrated, resulting in a more cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design. Furthermore, the front and rear legs of the player 21 are supported separately by the top surface of the equipment 19 and the top surface of the player support plate 20, thereby reducing the effects of feedback and the like.

In addition, when using devices 19 of different shapes or numbers, the support height of the shelf board 16 is adjusted by a plurality of branch holes 17, and the upper surface thereof is aligned with the player receiving plate 20.
All you have to do is position it so that it matches. here,
If there is some misalignment between the top surface of the device 19 and the top surface of the player receiving plate 20 due to the shape of the device 19,
As shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the player receiving plate 20
All you have to do is turn it upside down and finely adjust the height of its top surface. Such adjustment allows the player 21 to be maintained in a horizontal state at all times.

In the above embodiment, only the player receiving plate 20 is configured so that its upper surface height can be finely adjusted, but on the contrary, the shelf board 16 may be configured to be finely adjustable. To do this, instead of the support pin 18 being inserted into the support hole 17, the support pin 18 is inserted through the support hole 17,
Connecting members such as screws that fit into eccentric positions with respect to the center in the thickness direction of both sides of the shelf board 16 may be used. In this way, the height of the top surface can be finely adjusted by reversing the front and back sides of the shelf board 16, similarly to the player receiving plate 20 in the embodiment described above. Furthermore, both the shelf board 16 and the player receiving plate 20 may have similar configurations so that the height of the upper surface can be finely adjusted.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce costs and assembly man-hours by reducing the number of component parts, such as eliminating the need for the conventional player support top plate (decorative board, glass, etc.). Furthermore, since the player, which has conventionally been a separate unit, can be integrated with equipment such as an amplifier and a tuner, various effects can be achieved in terms of design, such as an increased sense of beauty due to the overall sense of unity.
