Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、主にN2o4から成る液状酸化窒素を消費に
依存して全蒸発させ、このガスを化学反応、たとえばカ
ーボン表面の酸化に供する方法に関する。
従来の技術 ガス状酸化窒素N2O4ないしNo2を用いる反応を大
工業的に実施する際には、この反応成分の大量のガス流
を準備し、長時間にわたって保持することが必要である
。液状酸化窒素で充填された常用の輸送−または貯蔵容
器のガス空間から少量のガス流を取り出すのは困難では
ないが、大量のガス流の場合、には通常の環境温度で生
じる蒸発は十分でなく、貯蔵容器の加熱により促進しな
げればならない。しかし、この物質の腐蝕性および毒性
により、その大容積の液体を加熱するのは安全性リスク
を表わす。
さらに、蒸発の原生じる液体の冷却により、蒸気圧の低
下が生じ、このため蒸発された酸化窒素の圧力は、取り
出し量が大きくなるほど、ますます低下する結果となる
。従って、変化する初圧により条件づけられて、1つま
たはいくつかの消費箇所に流れるガス量の測定および制
御は、常に修正しなければならず、これはガス状四二酸
化窒素の圧力、および温度に依存する解離のために、費
用のかかるコンピューターにより制御される調整なしに
はほとんど実現できない。
それとともに、供給された大容積の液状酸化窒素が熱供
給の際特定の遅れをもって反応するので、取り出し量の
変化する場合、一定の蒸発温度およびそれとともに一定
の蒸気圧は不活発になることなしには調節できない。
さらに、大容積の液体の加熱は、沸騰遅れにより液状試
薬が蒸気導管中へ入り、それにより消費箇所に漏出する
という危険を内包しており、これが酸化窒素の反応性の
ため制御できない反応を生じうる。
従って、本発明の課題は、上述の困11Iit−克服す
る、主にに204から成る液状の酸化室gを、実際不活
発になることなしに消費に依存して全蒸発させる方法を
見出すことであった。
問題点を解決するだめの手段 この課題は本発明によれば、液状酸化窒素を受器から、
緩衝容器により配量して流下薄膜型蒸発器に装入し、そ
の流下路を通った後未蒸発のままの残量酸化窒素を、流
下薄膜型蒸発器の流下管の出口と接続された後蒸発器中
で揮発させ、流下薄膜型蒸発器および後蒸発器からの1
つにした蒸気流を少なくとも1つの加熱された、液体検
出器を備えた安全トジツゾを経て消費箇所に送り、その
際流下薄膜型蒸発器への液体の供給を、流下薄膜型蒸発
器と消費箇所との間の一般に加熱された供給系内の圧力
によって、取り出し量に依存せずに、その中に予選択さ
れた一定の圧力が維持されるように制御することを特徴
とする方法により解決される。
次に、この方法を酸化窒素含有ガスでカーボンを酸化後
処理するための多数の装置に酸化窒素を供給する1実施
例につき図面と関連して詳述する。
実施例 図面により、液状酸化窒素は、遮断弁2を介して緩衝容
器3と接続している受器1中に存在する。受器および緩
衝容器に、後続された蒸発装置中の背圧を克服するため
に、導管4および5を介して、窒素または他の不活性ガ
スを圧入することがで診る。緩衝容器から、液状酸化窒
素は制御弁6を経て流下薄膜型蒸発器7の分配ヘッド(
図示せず)に達し、該蒸発器はその下端が流下薄膜型蒸
発器中で蒸発せずにとどまる残量酸化窒素用の後蒸発器
として作用する容器B中へ接続しそいる。流下薄膜型蒸
発器および後蒸発器は、加熱装置9ないし10により、
酸化窒素の与えられたガス圧において存在する、酸化窒
素の沸点より上の温度に加熱可能である。
流下薄膜型蒸発器および後蒸発器中で蒸発した酸化窒素
は、加熱された導管11および加熱装置13により加熱
された安全トラップ12を経て、同様に加熱された導管
を通って、個々の消費個所に達する。安全トラップは下
部に、液体検出ないし自動制御器14(たとえば液体お
よび蒸気の異なる屈折率に応答する光学装置)を備えて
おり、該制御器は安全トラップ中へ漏出する液状酸化窒
素による故障の場合に瞥報を発しおよび/または急速閉
鎖弁15により液体の供給を遮断する。
圧力測定および制御(P工0)16により制御弁6を調
節することにより、消費箇所に対する一定の予選択され
た圧力が達成される。
制御弁6により圧力制御されて供給された酸化窒素は流
下薄膜型蒸発器7および後蒸発器8中で全蒸発するので
、導管11中で消費箇所に到るまで、予選択された圧力
が実際に低減することなしに、取り出し量に依存せずに
一定に維持される。
また、制御弁6の代わりに、圧力に依存して制御される
配量ポンプを使用することもできる。
その際、酸化彎素の蒸発がポンプの吸込側で除かれてい
る東件下では、導管4ないし5による9累の圧入は省略
することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1、主にN_2O_2から成る液状酸化窒素を消費に依
    存して全蒸発させる方法において、液状酸化窒素を受器
    から緩衝容器により配量して流下薄膜型蒸発器に装入し
    、該蒸発器の流下路を通つた後に蒸発しないでとどまる
    残量酸化窒素を、流下薄膜型蒸発器の流下管の出口に接
    続された後蒸発器中で蒸発させ、流下薄膜型蒸発器およ
    び後蒸発器からの1つにした蒸対流を少なくとも1つの
    加熱された、液体検出器を備えた安全トラップを経て消
    費箇所に供給し、その際流下薄膜型蒸発器への液体供給
    を、流下薄膜型蒸発器と消費箇所との間の一般に加熱さ
    れた供給系中の圧力により取り出し量に依存せずに、そ
    の中に予選択された一定の圧力が維持されるように制御
    することを特徴とする、主にN_2O_2から成る液状
    酸化窒素を消費に依存して全蒸発させる方法。
