- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 微小電流又は電圧等の信号をデジタル信号
として検出する信号検出回路において、増幅度の
異なる２つのアンプおよび２つのＡＤ変換器を設
け、一方で微小信号を、もう一方で大きな信号を
検出できるようにしたことを特徴とした信号検出
回路。 (2) 一方のアンプの出力を、さらにもう一つの
アンプで増幅することを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項に記載の信号検出回路。 (3) 一つのアンプの増巾度を調整して素子のバ
ラツキにより生じたオフセツト電圧を除去するこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
