のカム板の間に位置し前記回転円筒軸に設けた窓
孔部に固着した昇降ガイドと、前記昇降ガイドに
設けたガイドシヤフトに回転径方向に摺動自在に
支持され、前記カム板に穿設したガイド溝内を転
動するカムフオロアを有するセンサーホルダー昇
降台とから構成され、前記回転円筒軸の中心に位
置する被検査材に対し、前記円板状カム板の回動
によつてセンサーホルダー昇降台が回転径方向に
移動する仕組みとなした非破壊検査用センサーの
