変調信号位相変化を測定して各長さのフアイバ光
路長の位相変化を求める光測定系回路を接続し、
該光測定系回路を介して各フアイバ光路長の位相
変化を求めることによりケーブル内任意区間の歪
を測定するように構成したことを特徴とする線状
