図中、1は三相交流電源、2はコンバータ、3

相誘導電動機、10は電圧制御回路、12は電圧
平衡検出回路、15は第1の所定値、16は第2
の所定値、17,18は比較器、19は第1の回
路(ORゲート)、19aは最寄り階停止信号、
20は第2の回路(ORゲート)、20aは遮断
信号である。なお、図中同一符号は同一部分を示
す。

記平滑コンデンサのいずれかの印加電圧が第1の
所定値以上になると上記かごを最寄り階に停止さ
せる第1の回路、及び上記印加電圧が上記第1の
所定値よりも高い第2の所定値以上になると上記
遮断信号を発する第2の回路を備えたことを特徴
