製容器内に充填物を介在して電気的に接続される
リード線が両縁端部に装着された炭化珪素質焼結
体の発熱体が内蔵され、前記セラミツクス製容器
の少なくとも熱伝導部以外の他の室隙部には耐火
断熱材が充填され又は前記空隙部のままの空気断
熱層が形成されてなる炭化珪素質発熱体内蔵の凍
結防止用ヒーター。 2 前記セラミツクス製容器は、石英、コージエ
ライト、シリマナイト、ムライト、炭化珪素、ア
ルミナ、ベリリア、ジルコニア、窒化珪素、窒化
アルミニウムのなかから選ばれるいずれか1種又
は2種以上であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載のヒーター。 3 前記充填物は耐熱性及び耐候性の樹脂及び又
