がある。 In the past, various types of locking mechanisms have been used in tape players to hold the operating members in their respective operating states, but in these conventional devices, the locking relationship is not always stable, and There are disadvantages such as the need for extra operating force in response to impacts, overstrokes, etc. That is, such a conventional locking mechanism uses a reversing spring 54 as shown in FIG. It is inverted to lock the locking part 52 attached to the tip of the pivoting piece 56 to the engaging part 53 of the locking body 51, and then reversed to eject the locking part 52 as shown in FIG. However, when using such a configuration, the reversing spring 54 is quite large, and therefore, it is necessary to have a large reversing operation area, and an impact force is generated when engaging and disengaging the reversing spring 54.
Even with this impact, a fairly large operating force is required to ensure a secure locking state. Furthermore, a locking body 5 having an engaging portion 53 as shown in FIG.
1 is provided to be rotatable about its pivot point 57, and the end surface of the engaging portion 53 is formed as an inclined edge 53a, and the locked portion 5 to which the locking portion 52 is attached is provided.
8 as shown in Figure A, the inclined edge 53a joins the locking part 52, thereby pushing up the locking body 51 as shown in Figure B, and further pushing it to lock it. When the portion 52 reaches the engaging portion 53, the state shown in FIG.
However, in this method, the locking body 51 is once pushed out and then moved back to the old position and rotated to lock. 58 requires a certain amount of overstroke, and the locking body 51 moves back after being in a floating state due to the above extrusion, resulting in unstable operation.

It is bent downward, and an operating section 12 is provided at the other end, so that when an electromagnetic mechanism is activated by a tape end detection signal when loading a tape pack, fast forwarding, or rewinding, the tape can be moved upward in FIG. It is configured to function as shown by arrow a. As shown in the figure, the gear lock piece 2 and the interlocking piece 3 described above are provided so as to be rotatable about the common pivot shaft 30 with at least their proximal ends overlapped. 2 and between the interlocking piece 3 and the deck 20, springs 29 and 39 are provided, respectively. That is, the locking portion 24 of the gear lock piece 2
A spring 29 provided between one side near the deck and the deck side applies a force to rotate the gear lock piece 2 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. Another spring 39 provided between the more extended protrusion and the side edge of the deck applies an acting force that rotates the interlocking piece 3 in a clockwise direction opposite to that of the gear lock piece 2. The operating section 30a described above
is always in pressure contact with the chord-shaped notch 41 of the rotary plate 40.

る。 To explain the operation of the device according to the present invention, as described above, it uses a known electromagnetic mechanism (not shown) that is activated by a tape end detection signal during tape pack loading, fast forwarding, and rewinding. As a result of this action, the slide piece 1 attached to the upper side of the deck 20 in FIG. 1 is slid in the direction indicated by the arrow a in FIG. The slide piece 1 is moved to the position indicated by .
, the engaging portion 11 provided on the opposite side of the operating portion 12 is also moved in the same direction, and such an engaging portion 1
1 causes the gear lock piece 2 engaged therewith to rotate in the direction of arrow b against the acting force of the spring 29. That is, in the ejected state as shown in FIG.
The restoring force of the spring 39 acts on one end of the chord-shaped notch 41 of the rotary plate 40 and the rotary gear 4, which is the operating member, so as to rotate clockwise in FIG. As already mentioned,
Such rotational force application causes the engaging protrusion 23 of the gear lock piece 2 to engage with the notch step 43, thereby forming a fixed locking relationship as shown in the figure. is rotated in the direction of arrow b, and the engagement between the engaging protrusion 23 and the notch step 43 is disengaged. Therefore, in the above-mentioned ejected state, the interlocking gear 6
The partial notch 4a that was exposed to the small gear part 6a of
The portion is moved by the rotation of the rotating gear 4 as indicated by arrow c, and engagement between the small gear portion 6a and the rotating gear 4 is obtained.

Due to such engagement, the rotating gear 4 is continuously rotated, and the retainer 42 provided on the rotating plate 40 acts on the locking portion 71 of the locking member 7 as shown in FIG. That is, the locking member 7 is acted on as indicated by arrows e and f shown in FIG. A force is obtained to pull the locking member 7 (therefore, the head plate 10) downward in FIG. Only the pulling force according to the force component f is obtained, and the head plate 1
0 is pulled out and moved forward, and its head is pushed out in the direction in which it is pressed against the tape of the attached tape pack.

せた状態で停止して次の作動に備える。 If the power is cut off during the forward movement of the head plate 10 as described above, the head plate 10
The rotating gear 4 and the rotating plate 40 are both in a stopped state due to the power being turned off, so the engaging part 42 catches on the locking part 71 and the locking member 7 also tries to move back. state, the retracting force of the locking member 7 is applied via the passive part 72 to the holding member 8, which has already lost the power and has lost its adsorption force.
As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, the locking portion 7
1 gets over the engaging portion 42 and moves back to the solid line state again by the action of the spring 85. Further, in the forward movement of the head plate 10 as described above, the passive portion 72 of the locking member 7 reaches the locking portion 82 of the holding member 8, and the locking member 7 rotates to achieve the locked state as shown in FIG. Then, the engagement part 42 and the locking part 71 are disengaged, and the passive part 72 is moved to the locking part 8.
2 to hold the head plate 10 in the playback position. After forming such a state, the rotary plate 40 further rotates, and the partial notch 4a of the rotary gear 4 as described above reaches the engagement position with the small gear portion 6a, as shown in FIG. In other words, the rotational force by the interlocking piece 3 of the rotary plate 40 is stopped by the engagement between the engaging part 23 and the stepped part 43 of the gear locking piece 2, and the gear is stopped in preparation for the next operation.

Such retraction of the head plate 10 is similarly obtained even when the entire power supply to the tape player is turned off.
